From furniture rental to installation, we provide every service
you need to make your convention a success. The Exhibitor Service
Kit is your passport to the services we have to offer. Here
is what to expect from your Exhibitor Kit:
Convention Summary
Provides an overview of your event, including convention dates
and time, order and payment deadlines, general details about
the convention hall, set up and dismantle schedules, and shipping
information and deadlines.
Furniture Order Form
Stools and chairs, stanchions and rope, risers and display tables, and drapes: order the furniture you need to complete your display.
Custom Exhibits
Chose from one of six customizable rental exhibits. All custom rental exhibits include carpet, delivery, installation and dismantling.
Booth Cleaning
Order a once only vacuuming prior to the opening of the show,
daily vacuuming (including emptying wastebaskets and ashtray),
or our Porter Service—which consists of an assigned person cleaning
your booth during show hours.
